Program Name:
Unity Health Medicare Information Service
Message Frequency:
You may receive up to 5 messages per week. Message frequency varies based on your preferences and Medicare enrollment periods.
Product Description:
Receive Medicare plan information, enrollment reminders, educational content, and updates about Medicare Advantage benefits and deadlines.
Message Types:
You can expect to receive the following types of messages:
- Medicare enrollment deadline reminders
- Plan benefit updates and changes
- Educational content about Medicare options
- Appointment reminders for consultations
- Important Medicare news and updates
Customer Care:
For help, text HELP to our number or call 1(888) 660-4645. Our customer service is available Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 8 PM EST.
Opt-Out Instructions:
To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message. You may also contact customer service to opt out.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
Associated Costs:
There is no cost for our SMS program, but standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
Communication Consent
Phone Call Consent
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from Unity Health and our licensed insurance partners about Medicare plans and services. This consent is separate from any text messaging consent.
Text Message Consent
By opting in to receive text messages, you specifically consent to receive SMS messages from Unity Health about Medicare information and services. This consent is separate from phone call consent and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP.
Email Consent
By providing your email address, you consent to receive email communications from Unity Health about Medicare plans and services. This consent is separate from phone and text message consent.
Use of Information
The information you provide will be used to connect you with licensed insurance agents and provide Medicare plan information. We may share your information with insurance carriers and licensed agents to provide you with plan options and enrollment assistance.

Unity Health is not an insurance company. We are a licensed insurance agency that provides Medicare education and connects consumers with insurance carriers and licensed agents. We do not provide medical advice or guarantee enrollment in any specific plan.
Limitation of Liability
Unity Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
